This luxury, detached villa with lots of privacy is wonderfully quiet on the outskirts of the town of Cala Llonga (1500 m) with a beautiful view of the green hills, Cala Llonga and in the distance the sea. You do not have to leave the house to enjoy. The comfortable villa has a very well-kept interior. The holiday home offers a solar-heated, kidney-shaped swimming pool (8 x 4 m, deep 1.20 - 2 m); very nice in spring and autumn! There is an outdoor shower and a lovely sun terrace with sunbeds. To make the holiday feeling complete, there is an outdoor kitchen with gas BBQ, fridge and covered terrace with large dining area.

This holiday villa is built against a hill, therefore a round house from top to bottom. Entrance via a staircase. The spacious bedroom 1 offers a large double bed (1.80 x 2 m), TV, ceiling fan and sliding doors to a covered terrace with a chaise longue and a beautiful view of Cala Llonga. There is a bathroom en suite, in the turret, with jacuzzi, separate shower, toilet and door to the covered terrace. Downstairs you will find a bright living room with comfortable sitting area by the fireplace, flat screen TV, DVD, stereo (radio / CD), ceiling fan, dining area and sliding doors to the partly covered terrace. There is a semi-open, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, Senseo and fridge / freezer. Separate toilet. Bedroom 2 has a double bed, ceiling fan and screens for the windows. There is a bathroom with a small bath (with shower), separate shower and toilet. Bedroom 3 has two single beds. Downstairs you reach via the terrace outside bedroom 4 with a large double bed (1.80 x 2 m). There is a bathroom en suite with shower and toilet. The spacious bedroom 5 has a double bed and sliding doors to the terrace with seating and views of Cala Llonga and the hills. The fourth bathroom en suite has a shower and fifth toilet. There are further duvets, a safe, washing machine and air conditioning in all bedrooms. You will also find underfloor heating throughout the house with the exception of bedrooms 4 and 5. Parking is possible on site.

The wide sandy beach is situated in a beautiful bay with a gently sloping sea, making it ideal for children. A nice chiringuito is on the beach for the necessary snacks and drinks. A little further away it can also be more luxurious in the hidden bay of Sol d'en Serra with the Beach Club Amante. The town of Santa Eularia (4 km) offers a lot of fun with a nice boulevard and many restaurants. A little further but still close to Ibiza town (12 km). Nice streets and cozy squares with terraces, boutiques, bars, restaurants and also a bit of culture in 'Dalt Villa'; the old city. Ibiza city can also be reached with a nice boat trip from Cala Llonga. For active people there is a tennis court at 800 m and a golf course at 3 km (Roca Llisa, 9 and 18 holes). Another fun outing is the hippy market Es Canar at 10 km. A supermarket and bank can be found in Cala Llonga.
